"KANEETEX GLOBAL LLP is building a scalable garment manufacturing network that connects apparel brands with standardised manufacturing capacity. The apparel manufacturing industry remains highly fragmented. Brands often struggle to identify dependable factories, maintain consistent quality, meet delivery timelines and scale production quickly. At the same time, small and mid-sized factories frequently operate with underutilised capacity and limited access to organised brand orders. KANEETEX addresses this gap through a centrally managed manufacturing model. We receive orders from apparel brands and coordinate the complete production process, including cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, packing and delivery, through our facility and a network of verified manufacturing partners. Our facility provides the initial production base with a planned capacity of 28,000 garments per month. KANEETEX centrally manages merchandising, production planning, quality control and customer coordination, giving brands a single point of accountability while enabling partner factories to improve capacity utilisation and access consistent business. The business is designed to scale without replicating the infrastructure of a new factory at every location. KANEETEX aims to build a network of 4 factories within the first year and 20 factories within the following year, creating an organised,scalable and efficient manufacturing ecosystem for India’s growing apparel industry.
